"Refund went smoother than I expected..."
My event ended up getting cancelled, so I was a bit worried about getting my money back... but townscript support replied within a day and the refund came through without any hassle. Smooth experience overall... thanks!

"Pretty easy to set up"
I used Townscript to create my event page, it was way easier than I expected. I added my banner, event details, ticket options, all that stuff, without feeling lost. The page looked clean too, which was a nice bonus. I also liked that I could still make changes after publishing. AND THANK GOODNESS, because I always forget something at the last minute. Overall, it was simple, quick, and I’m happy with how it turned out.

I’ll admit, the site worked better than I expected. Pages loaded quickly for the most part, and I only noticed a slight lag once when I was checking out. Not perfect, but not bad.

"Does the job, but I’m tired of the hiccups"
I’ve used Townscript for basic event bookings, it works okay most of the time. But it can feel a little inconsistent. One time the pages were loading really slowly, and the payment confirmation took longer than I expected, which was frustrating because I didn’t want to keep checking whether it actually went through. Support did get back to me, so that helped, but I’m kind of tired of having to follow up on things like this. It’s usable overall, I just wish it felt more reliable every time

"Easy setup for a small workshop"
using Townscript for my small workshop was straightforward. Adding the ticket types, dates, and basic event details didn’t take long, and I was able to figure out most of it on my own. I’m giving it 4 stars because a few settings were a little confusing to find at first, but overall it worked well and definitely saved me time.

"Refund was handled properly"
I had to cancel my ticket and reached out to Townscript for a refund. From my experience, the process was smooth overall. Support got back to me after about a day and clearly told me what details they needed. The refund took a few days to show up in my account, so it wasn’t the fastest, but they did handle everything properly and I appreciated that. I’d give them 4 stars

I bought tickets on townscript and the whole checkout thing was really quick. Didn’t have to click through a bunch of pages or sit around waiting for stuff to load. The payment worked on the first try, and the confirmation came in almost immediately. it was a smooth experience and I’ve got no complaints...

I used townscript for my workshop the organizer messages were super useful!!! I could quickly update everyone about timing changes, reminders, and all the little details without having to send a million WhatsApp messages!!! It saved me so much back and forth and everything worked smoothly for me!!!

"Handled Our Big Event Surprisingly Well"
We used Townscript for a large event with a lot of registrations, it held up well. When ticket sales started picking up really fast, I thought the site might slow down—or actually, it did a tiny bit at times, but not enough to cause any real issues. Check-in was also much more manageable than I expected. A few smaller things took a bit of time to figure out, but overall, it worked better than I thought it would for a crowd that size.

I used townscript for event entry it was smoother than I expected. The QR scan was really quick, which made getting in easy. There was a small lag at one point, but it didn’t cause any major issue. Overall, it worked fine and did the job well
